Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of drone package delivery services (“Services”) provided by Anomaa Aerospace Technologies, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, and partners (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By placing an order, using our website, mobile application, or receiving our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Services.

Description of Services

The Company provides package transportation and delivery using unmanned aerial vehicles (“UAVs” or “drones”) and related logistics systems. Services may include:

• Scheduled package delivery
• On-demand package delivery
• Medical and emergency supply transport
• Retail product delivery
• Business-to-business logistics services
• Tracking and monitoring services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.
• Provide accurate and complete information when using our Services.
• Businesses using our Services represent that they have authority to act on behalf of the organization.

Service Areas and Availability

The Company operates only within approved service locations and flight zones. Deliveries may be unavailable due to:

• Adverse weather conditions
• Airspace restrictions
• Governmental directives
• Safety concerns
• Technical issues
• Excessive package weight or dimensions

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of Services.

Package Acceptance Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

• Delivery locations are safe and accessible.
• Delivery coordinates are accurate.
• The recipient is authorized to receive the package.
• Landing or drop-off zones comply with local regulations.

The Company may refuse delivery if any safety, legal, or operational concern exists.

Prohibited Items

The following items may not be shipped using our Services:

• Weapons and ammunition
• Explosives
• Hazardous materials
• Narcotics or illegal substances
• Flammable liquids
• Radioactive materials
• Biological hazards
• Counterfeit goods
• Stolen property
• Any item prohibited by applicable law

We reserve the right to inspect packages where permitted by law. Packages containing prohibited items may be reported to relevant authorities.

Weight and Size Restrictions

Maximum package limitations are determined by operational capabilities. Examples:

• Maximum weight: 20 kg
• Maximum dimensions: 30 cm x 70 cm x 30 cm

Packages that exceed these limits may be rejected or subject to additional fees.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate shipping information.
• Properly package items.
• Comply with all applicable laws.
• Refrain from interfering with drones or flight operations.
• Maintain a safe delivery environment.

Customers are liable for losses arising from inaccurate submission of delivery information.

Drone Operations and Safety

Drone operations are conducted according to applicable aviation regulations and operational procedures. Customers shall not:

• Attempt to intercept or interfere with drones.
• Use lasers, projectiles, signal jammers, or other devices against drones.
• Obstruct designated delivery zones.
• Engage in conduct that endangers flight operations.

The Company may suspend services to individuals or locations presenting safety risks.

Orders and Payment

All charges are due before delivery. Fees may include delivery charges, priority service fees, waiting charges, remote-area surcharges, and applicable taxes.

The Company reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only. The Company does not guarantee delivery within any specific timeframe unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement. Delays may result from weather conditions, air traffic restrictions, equipment maintenance, regulatory requirements, or force majeure events.

Loss, Damage, and Liability

The Company will exercise reasonable care in handling packages. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the item, or the maximum liability amount established by Company policy, whichever is lower.

The Company is not liable for consequential damages, indirect losses, lost profits, business interruption, emotional distress, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery or expected delivery.

Insurance

Additional shipment insurance may be offered for eligible packages. Unless purchased separately, shipments are not insured beyond the Company’s standard liability limits.

Customers are responsible for obtaining adequate coverage for high-value items.

Delivery Confirmation

A delivery may be deemed completed when:

• The package is deposited at the designated location;
• Electronic confirmation is generated;
• Photographic evidence is recorded; or
• The package is accepted by an authorized recipient.

Proof of delivery maintained by the Company constitutes evidence of delivery unless proven otherwise.

Weather and Environmental Conditions

The Company reserves the right to delay, reroute, or cancel deliveries due to rain, storms, wind conditions, poor visibility, wildfires, natural disasters, or airspace restrictions.

Customer safety and flight safety shall take priority over delivery schedules.

Privacy and Data Collection

We may collect and process customer information, delivery location information, recipient information, tracking data, operational telemetry, and photographic delivery records.

Such information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Customers consent to the collection and use of such information as necessary to provide Services.

Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, logos, designs, drone systems, applications, and related materials remain the exclusive property of the Company. No rights are granted except as expressly stated herein.

Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from any claim, damage, liability, expense, or loss arising from violation of these Terms, shipment of prohibited items, breach of applicable laws, misrepresentation of package contents, or unsafe delivery conditions.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be responsible for delays or failures resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, war, terrorism, strikes, power failures, network outages, regulatory restrictions, or severe weather.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services immediately if you violate these Terms, safety risks arise, fraudulent conduct is suspected, or regulatory compliance requires suspension.

Termination shall not affect accrued rights or obligations.

Regulatory Compliance

Customers acknowledge that drone operations are subject to civil aviation laws and regulations. The Company reserves the right to modify operations, routes, delivery procedures, and service availability to remain compliant with applicable legal requirements.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to mediation, and subsequently binding arbitration or competent courts within the Republic of Ghana.

The governing law shall be the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

Amendments

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will become effective upon publication on our website or application. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the customer regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings relating to the subject matter herein.
